Shipping & Handling

Before we ship your order, we have to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. We guarantee that most orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days on receipt of your order. Sometime it may be affected by the item's stock status of merchandise and we will inform you in time for you to decide whether to change another item or refund money to you.

Please use the chart below to help gauge how long it will take to receive your order.


1.Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping time, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method.

2.Orders with personalized items may take additional 2-5 business days to produce and process.

3.Orders will be shipped soon but may be delayed during the weekends and busy season.

4.If an item in your order does become out of stock and unavailable, you will be contacted within 2 business days about the cancellation. If your order contains additional available items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order for refund. Your refund will be processed within 2 business days and we will arrange the refund on Friday and Saturday of every week.

5.If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed additional 2 business days.
